Fish Fillets Karen's Way

Serves 4

 

2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/8 cup white wine, chardonnay
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
4 - 3oz. fish filets, boneless

Fish Fillet

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup white onions, chopped

Mix together the butter, wine, lemon juice and seasoning.

Arrange the fish in four oval, single-serving baking dishes, sprayed with Pam and buttered.

Pour this dressing over the fish and bake at 400 degrees for about five minutes. Remove the dishes from the oven.

Make the sauce with the rest of the ingredients and spread it over the baked fish. Put the dishes back in the oven and broil for another five or six minutes until done; turning brown and bubbly.
