A long distance casting topwater lure for skimming along the surface. Great surf fishing lure for Roosterfish, Jacks, GT's and other Trevallies, Bluefish, Sierra/ Spanish Mackerel and other exotic fishes. Use affshore for casting at debris for Dorado (Mahi, Dolphinfish), schooling Tuna and pretty much any other fish that feeds on the surface. Similar to the old "Ranger" lure of the past.
